We are seeking a skilled Account Development Manager to drive revenue growth and develop strategic relationships with key clients. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets, while working closely with our advisory team to identify opportunities for upselling our consultancy services.

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive repeat revenue conversations with clients.
  • Work closely with the Senior Account Development Manager and Lead Key Account Director to manage and develop the advisory client base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and identify opportunities to add value for their business.
  • Collaborate with the advisory team to create an annual business plan to identify risk and growth opportunities.
  • Identify client repeat revenue at risk and propose, manage and execute a plan to reduce risk and increase likelihood of continued spend.
  • Act as project manager for major ongoing agreements, ensuring timelines and scopes are adhered to.
  • Stay up-to-date with the Contagious Advisory product and use our CRM system to record accurate details of our relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Work closely with other commercial teams at Ascential to create a seamless sales experience for prospects.

Your Experience:

  • Proven track record in building relationships with clients and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in a revenue responsibility role, with B2B experience preferred.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to interpret a brief from a client.
  • Extremely customer service oriented, with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage a varied workload according to formal and natural deadlines.
  • Evidence of a drive and determination to hit targets.
  • Evidence of working within a team to achieve both individual and wider team goals.
