Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Account Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and scaling our account management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategy to grow our client base and increase revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives and SME business owners in the financial and technology sectors.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, prioritizing and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to drive sales execution and strategy.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in account management with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to shape processes and define strategies to segment accounts.
  • Structured approach to managing a portfolio of accounts and prioritizing accounts.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
