Job Title: Food and Beverage Director

Olympia Events is undergoing a transformative period, with a new consortium leading the venue's development. The estate will feature a new theatre, music venue, hotels, eateries, and public realm. As part of ASM Global, we operate and invest in premier venues worldwide.

Job Purpose:

This role presents an opportunity to drive change and optimize revenue streams in the food and beverage space at Olympia Events. You will be responsible for the overall running of the Catering offer, driving quality and service standards, and promoting innovation and product development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to maintain high-quality and service standards.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  3. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
  4. Provide inspirational leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

You will be an experienced, creative, and commercially aware senior leader with a strong track record in delivering successful food and beverage offerings. You will have a deep understanding of food and beverage trends and the ability to effectively negotiate with suppliers.
