  • Support the HR Manager and team in recruitment processes for skilled personnel across the UK and Europe.
  • Process candidate CVs, maintain databases, and liaise with candidates for references and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HR function, SLT team, and Project Managers to ensure recruitment processes are followed and skilled individuals are appointed.
  • Handle confidential candidate data and adhere to GDPR rules and regulations.
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualified (level 3 or 5)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service and company representation skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications
