**HR Coordinator - Recruitment**

**An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Village for a permanent HR Coordinator based in the Human Resources Department.**

**Interested in**:
An approachable and professional Coordinator with the enthusiasm and expertise to support a busy HR Department, primarily in the coordination of recruitment for the village.

There is the opportunity for the successful applicant to receive training and further qualifications whilst in the role, however experience in a previous recruitment role would be an advantage.

**The main duties of the role will be**:

- Ensure legal procedures are adhered to regarding new starter checks.
- Coordination and organisation of regular internal Recruitment Events.
- Updating information on the HR, Training and Payroll system.
- Answering the telephone in a prompt, efficient way in order to answer queries and engage with potential employees of Ribby Hall Village.
- Liaising with departments and individuals across the village in a professional manner.
- Producing weekly reports as requested by the senior team.
- Ad hoc project work to support the HR Department, for example Employee Engagement projects, Wellbeing projects and IIP support.
- Acting as a Ribby Hall ambassador at recruitment events, promoting careers and vacancies whilst building relationships with local schools and colleges.
- Work with the L&OD Department to coach best practice in recruitment processes.

**Availability**:
This role is part time, offering **32 hours over 4 days** in a department that operates 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Flexibility will be required for occasional evenings and weekends to assist with recruitment events, offsite and onsite.

There is a requirement to have access to a vehicle for this role in order to attend offsite recruitment events.

**Salary**:
£23,000 per annum (pro rata)
