Job Title: Controls Testing Quality Assurance Analyst, Assistant Vice President

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Controls Testing Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Chief Operating Office Team. As a strategic professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our risk and control programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and excellence in risk management.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for procedural implementation and risk management process.
  • Conduct internal testing of Regulatory Business Commitment Milestones (RBCMs) and monitor exceptions.
  • Utilize data to examine impacts on regulatory commitments and customer experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls.
  • Experience in financial services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational influencing skills.
  • Ability to lead global team efforts and develop strategy and process improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree.
