Compensation and Benefits:
As the selected Compliance and Risk Management Specialist, you will be entitled to:

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Compliance and Risk Management and will be tasked with:
- Providing compliance advisory services and preparing management information (MI) reports – reviewing, drafting, and updating policies and procedures, conducting horizon scanning, and generating MI reports for the risk committee.
- Managing operational compliance – addressing AML/Sanctions inquiries, serving as the point of contact for external AML onboarding platform providers, and handling conflicts inquiries.
- Conducting audits and assurance activities – performing monthly compliance audits and ad-hoc assurance reviews, and assisting with ISO 9001 audits.
- Facilitating training programs for staff to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory and legislative standards.
- Coordinating responses for supplier due diligence questionnaires.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal Compliance and Risk Management Specialist will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role within the Legal or Financial Services sector.
- Familiarity with UK AML, CTF, and CPF legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional drafting and communication abilities.
- Confidence in analyzing and synthesizing data to present to the Director of Compliance and Risk Management on various topics.
- AML or Compliance certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.
