Lennoxvale Specialist Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading global law firm to recruit an exceptional lawyer to join their Belfast office as an In-House Lawyer.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team within the Engagement Terms Team (ETT), providing strategic legal support to the firm's partners and fee earners on client engagement terms and risk-related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead on identifying and advising on key contractual terms in complex client engagement terms, focusing on data privacy, information security, and artificial intelligence.
- Support the ETT and Data Privacy teams in this area.
- Coordinate internal review teams, designing briefing documents and playbooks for review processes.
- Contribute to creating and maintaining relevant policies, guidance, and pro-forma documentation.
- Qualified Lawyer (NI, ROI, and England & Wales considered), with strong contract negotiation and review skills.
- Ability to provide pragmatic, directive, and business-orientated advice on compliance with contractual obligations.
- Excellent track record of systemizing processes, ideally within a risk management environment.
- Strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to influence strategic thinking/direction through creative and pragmatic issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels.
