Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Officer to join our team at Citigroup Inc. in Belfast. Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement effective compliance risk management programs, policies, and procedures to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation.
  • Identify and assess key compliance risks, ensuring that risks are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
  • Monitor adherence to Citi's Compliance Risk Policies and measure compliance risk through a robust control framework.
  • Perform complex analyses of comparative data and prepare reports related to compliance risk assessments and monitoring.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes to identify new key risk areas.
Requirements
  • Expertise in compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail, team-oriented, and organized.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units.
  • Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners, auditors, etc.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements, including local and US laws, international and industry standards.
  • Advanced knowledge in the area of focus.
