Strategic Commercial Manager Opportunity

Talent Drive | B Corp® is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Commercial Manager to join our Procurement function.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented individual to manage all commercial activity and be part of our wider leadership function. The successful candidate will have experience in indirect services or technologies categories and be able to develop integrated market strategies for complex, medium-high spend categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement market strategies to drive business growth and improve procurement efficiency.
  2. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful execution of sourcing led initiatives.
  3. Manage the contract life cycle to ensure compliance and maximize value for the organization.
  4. Contribute to the development of the category management team to maximize value for the organization.
  5. Ensure cost transparency and submit information in required formats.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of administering successful contracts and managing commercial relationships.
  2. Highly developed commercial skills and ability to make sound decisions on matters of significant financial value.
  3. Good understanding of contract performance measurement, risk management, and change and claim management.
  4. Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and have good attention to detail.
