Bryson Charitable Group is seeking a skilled Kerbside Collection Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and physically fit individual to collect and lift recyclable materials. As a Kerbside Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for driving a vehicle and collecting recyclables in multiple council areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and lift recyclable materials from households and businesses
  • Drive a vehicle to collect recyclables in multiple council areas
  • Enter and exit the vehicle approximately 250 times per day
  • Work as part of a 2-man team to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

  • C Class Driving Licence (HGV Class 2)
  • Driver CPC Card
  • Road safety awareness and adherence to company policies

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous experience in RCV operations
  • Digital Tachograph Card

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.24 per hour, paid weekly. This is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with a 7am to 4pm schedule.
