Role Overview:
This temporary position offers an opportunity to support the training administration for a prominent organization, ensuring the effective operation of training facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist all visitors to the training centre, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Ensure the safe operation of the training centre by performing necessary checks and inspections as instructed.
  • Oversee all financial transactions and reporting related to the training centre, including procurement and expenditure tracking.
  • Prepare training rooms for upcoming courses and meetings, contributing to a conducive learning environment.
  • Assist external training providers and guests to enhance their experience at the training facilities.
  • Organize and maintain training materials in compliance with record retention policies.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the training team to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain a consistent communication line on behalf of the team, delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Ensure the team has the necessary support to fulfill additional responsibilities.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Strong commitment to customer service.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Experience in the railway sector.
  • Familiarity with Competence Management Systems.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
