Key Responsibilities- Policy Implementation and Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful policy integration and implementation.
- Credit Insurance Claims Handling: Handle credit insurance claims and maintain relationships with brokers and underwriters.
- Reporting and Documentation: Define reporting requirements for the Credit Insurance Policy and ensure documentation remains current.
- Portfolio Management: Assist with reviews of the Insured Customer Portfolio, ensuring all credit limits and policies are up to date.
- Risk Management: Perform data checks to maximize coverage and mitigate risks.
- Alert Management: Respond to credit insurance alerts and take the necessary actions.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure company-wide adherence to credit policy and procedures in partnership with the credit control teams.
- Strong Credit Insurance Knowledge: A working knowledge of Trade Credit and Credit Insurance (policy management and claims handling).
- Credit Risk Management: An understanding of Credit Risk Management and financial analysis.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Teamwork: Strong teamwork capabilities with a constructive, collaborative approach.
- Accuracy and Problem-Solving: High level of accuracy, excellent numerical skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Credit Management Systems.
- Professional Certification: Professional certification in Credit Management is desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience within a similar role.
