The successful applicant will play a vital role in supporting the commercial team with various administrative responsibilities, including payment follow-ups, document management, and utilizing client platforms.
A friendly demeanor and exceptional organizational abilities are crucial for this role, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance:
Provide support to the Commercial Operations team with daily administrative functions, ensuring efficient workflow.
Data Management:
Accurately enter and maintain data within our systems, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
Payment Follow-Up:
Actively engage with clients to ensure timely payments, keeping detailed records of all interactions.
Document Control:
Gather, organize, and monitor all essential documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other commercial records.
Client Platform Management:
Utilize client platforms to upload, retrieve, and manage necessary documents and communications.
Effective Communication:
Foster clear communication with internal teams and external clients, providing updates and addressing inquiries as necessary.
Organizational Expertise:
Exhibit outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
