Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students on a 1-2-1 basis, in small groups, or with the entire class.
  • Work collaboratively with other educational staff.
  • Encourage student progress and personal development.
  • Follow school policies and procedures meticulously.
  • Engage with Year 2-3 students effectively.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in Year 2/3 settings.
  • Desirable qualifications at Level 2 or 3.
  • Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEND), with training provided.
  • Experience in providing intimate care.
