Position Overview

A permanent part-time role (28 hours) is available for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to become a vital member of the administrative team within the Physiotherapy Division. The specific work schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork abilities and possess exceptional communication skills. A commitment to continuous improvement and adherence to best practices is essential.

Responsibilities will include accurately entering patient data and verifying waiting lists using the Myrddin/WelshPAS system. Familiarity with Myrddin/WelshPAS is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided. The role also encompasses assisting the local team with various administrative tasks, managing appointment scheduling, validating waiting lists, and undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned by the Administration Lead.

Proficiency in Welsh is preferred for this position; applications are welcome from both Welsh and English speakers.
