Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.
- Organize and coordinate events, including bookings, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist with building facilities management, including liaison with suppliers and contractors.
- Conduct daily floor walks to ensure the building is well-maintained and health and safety regulations are adhered to.
- Serve as Fire Marshall and First Aider, with training provided.
- Support the wider team with diary management and team meetings.
About the Role:
This is a one-year maternity contract, providing an opportunity to work with a supportive and collaborative team. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
