About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Project Worker to join our team at Barnardo's Caern Disability Services. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with learning disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support young people in achieving their individual goals and outcomes
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and carers
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive living environment
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the service
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience working with children and young people in a similar setting
  • Knowledge of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relevant professional qualification at SCQF level 7 or above
