About the Role:

We are seeking thoughtful, caring, and inspiring individuals to join our team of support workers in Gosport & Fareham. Our organization, Dimensions, is committed to providing high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Assist with managing finances and providing full support with personal care and manual handling
  • Administer medication and support individuals in the community, including taking them to day centers and health appointments
  • Encourage individuals to be as independent as possible and participate in activities such as shopping, going to the cinema, listening to music, and gardening

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license is essential as you will be required to drive mobility vehicles
  • Shift patterns vary, with the earliest start time being 7am and the latest finish time being 10pm (sleep ins are also available)
