We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our Low Secure, Specialist Rehabilitation and CAMHS Division. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing holistic individualized treatment plans to patients with a wide range of diagnoses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work in partnership with our multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Provide expert guidance and support to patients and their families, promoting empowerment and self-advocacy
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with best practices in psychiatric social work

Requirements

  • Recognized Social Work Qualification
  • Experience working in mental health and mental capacity legislation
  • Knowledge of safeguarding adults legislation and practice
  • Registration with Social Work England
