Lead Nurse Rehabilitation and Recovery

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Nurse to join our team in the Rehabilitation and Recovery Directorate. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Main Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and services.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and carers.
- Registered Nurse Level 1 (Active NMC Registration)
- Recognised management qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Educated to Degree level
- Masters in relevant health related
