About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our esteemed Remus brand, operating from our Reading office in a hybrid capacity. This role involves overseeing the daily management of a diverse portfolio of properties and nurturing the relationship between our organization and its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of leases and TP1s associated with properties in the portfolio, ensuring compliance with covenants and obligations as per current property legislation.
  • Prepare and distribute financial budgets for the properties, while diligently monitoring expenditures.
  • Collaborate with clients to finalize year-end accounts for properties and address any inquiries that may arise.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and facilitate EGM/AGM meetings.
  • Recruit and oversee the performance of service providers, including cleaners and grounds maintenance contractors.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing leasehold blocks is crucial for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a residential property portfolio.
  • Familiarity with serving Section 20 notices.
  • Experience in establishing annual Service Charge Budgets.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in preparing and issuing property budgets.
  • Capability to organize and conduct face-to-face AGM meetings with clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AIRPM qualification or a commitment to pursue accreditation.
