We are looking for a committed Maintenance Carpenter with Locksmith capabilities to join our team at Government Facility Services Ltd.

As a Maintenance Carpenter with Locksmith skills, you will have the chance to collaborate with experienced and passionate professionals, including Plumbers, Electricians, Carpenters, Painters, Cleaners, and Administrators, all committed to making a positive impact and ensuring a safe environment for everyone.

We are a Ministry of Justice entity providing essential and timely services, and we are in search of a Maintenance Carpenter with any combination of the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in the use and operation of all relevant power tools and machinery
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
  • Understanding of applicable health and safety regulations
  • Current First Aid at Work Certification
  • City & Guilds, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Carpentry or an equivalent qualification or substantial experience
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety practices.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
