Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional makeup applications using Pat McGrath Lab cosmetics products.
- Assist clients with product knowledge, makeup applications, and purchases, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain specialized product knowledge and reinforce Pat McGrath application techniques with the team.
- Meet and exceed sales goals, while consistently booking appointments and analyzing sales data to create strategies with management.
- Share expertise to provide customers with exceptional and personalized service, working collaboratively with the team to create a memorable customer experience.
- Manage customer feedback, using it constructively to raise the bar for service, sales, and retail standards.
- Adapt to the challenges of a fast-paced work environment, working on different departments and taking service excellence and a collaborative spirit with you.
- Stay ahead of the latest trends by expanding knowledge of products and competitors, using natural curiosity to drive growth.
- Plan and deliver in-store events, lead masterclasses and trainings, and maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
- Build a clientele and a loyal repeat customer base, while ensuring compliance with all store policies and procedures.
- Experienced Lead Makeup Artist with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Ability to perform high-quality makeup applications that align with the brand service menu.
- Confidently connects artistry and education to sales, with a strong social/digital portfolio of work and significant following preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and latest products, with excellent communication skills and a great ability to engage with customers.
- Well-informed and knowledgeable about the brand, competitors, and industry trends, with a flexible and responsive approach to business needs.
- A confident coach and self-driven individual, willing to upskill and learn, with a strong sense of values and a trusted and respected colleague.
- Able to work retail hours on a 20h part-time basis, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic salary £28,256 pro rata.
- Eligibility for basic and enhanced commission on sales, retail incentive scheme, and a generous employee product discount.
- Brand product allocation, access to regular training and brand coaching days, and monthly Group Rewards and Recognition.
- Long Service awards, 28 Days Holiday, 50% Instore Uniform Discount, Discounted Gym membership, and Group Wide 20% Discount across all Frasers Group brands.
