Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a convenience store or supermarket environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
