We're Cheshire & Wain, and we're on the hunt for a well-organised, cat-loving Studio and eCommerce Assistant to join our founder in Bridport (Dorset). If you're passionate about felines and keen to make a real impact at a fast-growing international brand, we want to hear from you

**What You'll Be Doing**

Working at our HQ in St Michael’s Trading Estate, you'll collaborate closely with our Founder and coordinate remotely with our Social Media Manager and PR executive. As you dive into this permanent role, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow and take on more responsibilities within our luxury cat products and accessories brand.

**Key responsibilities**
- **Daily ops**: packing orders, managing stock, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- **Customer support**: handling customer inquiries, personalisation requests, and making sure our clients and their cats are delighted.
- **Wholesale management**: managing accounts with global clients and high street brands, from invoicing to logistics.
- **Marketing & merchandising**: assisting with marketing initiatives and keeping our digital store fresh and appealing.
- **Stock & inventory**: keeping track of stock levels and predicting ordering patterns.
- **Process improvement**: creating and refining processes for efficiency and organisation.
- **Collaboration**: working alongside our founder to scale operations and reach new markets.
- **Digital asset management**: organising and maintaining digital files for quick access and efficient use.
- **Documentation**: writing and updating our studio and ecommerce assistant ‘employee’s handbook’ to keep everything running consistently.

**What We’re Looking For**
- A personable, proactive, and well-organised individual with excellent communication skills.
- Quick to learn and eager to take on new tasks and challenges.
- Experience with e-commerce or order management - Shopify experience is a plus
- Comfort using tools like Excel, Google Drive, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not essential).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Graduate

Pay: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
