We’re currently looking for a Line Leader for Warehouse/Store areas.

If you have relevant experience and a FLT license and are looking for a new challenge, then this could be the role for you

As a line leader you would be responsible for a specific line or area and managing the team working in that area.

**You daily tasks would include, but not be limited to**:

- Leading a team of experienced warehouse operatives by undertaking and supporting any area of warehouse as required using knowledge and skills of operating processes, equipment and quality systems
- Supporting team members
- Monitoring and planning production equipment availability to maintain normal running conditions
- KPI delivery and improvements in quality and performance
- Working within all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety and other relevant policies
- Raising quality and safety near-miss incidents
- Identifying and suggesting ideas for continuous improvement and participating in problem solving and improvement activities
- Carrying out any other work or task determined to be within your level of competence, to meet the needs of the business.

**Who are we looking for?**

H&S, Manual Handling and similar qualification would be an advantage.
- Be competent computer users
- Have a valid FLT license
- Have Food Hygiene (Level 2 and 3) Qualification
