Job Title: Registered Care Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Registered Care Manager to lead our domiciliary and live-in care services in Bridport, Dorset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our clients, while also driving business growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and the new Single Assessment Framework.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of domiciliary and live-in care services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is delivered.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support care staff, promoting continuous professional development and maintaining a motivated team.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly review individualised care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to care standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Prepare for and manage CQC inspections, ensuring all standards are met and documented.
  • Proactively source and secure new contracts with hospitals, healthcare providers, and other relevant organisations to expand our client base.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Registered Care Manager or Deputy Manager in domiciliary or live-in care services.
  • Minimum NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with clients and healthcare professionals.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year.
