Front Office Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at The Gibson Hotel. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the front office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that all front office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the front office team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage the front office operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve front office efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a front office leadership role
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management software
