Job Title: Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team at The Spencer Hotel. As a key member of our Front Office Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to our guests, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Food and Beverage, to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards and protocols
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
