Hotel Receptionist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our Front Office Team at The Spencer Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
  • Provide accurate and efficient information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Fluent level of spoken and written English
