Your Role:
- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage a well-established hybrid desk that encompasses both temporary and permanent placements across diverse sectors.
- Your responsibilities will include briefing Recruitment Coordinators to support your ongoing requirements and sourcing candidates through various channels, including premium job boards and our extensive internal database.
- Engaging with clients is crucial; you will conduct visits to understand their needs, negotiate terms, and build lasting relationships, ensuring both candidates and clients receive exceptional service.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000, with an attractive bonus structure that includes uncapped earnings potential.
- Standard working hours from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements following a successful probation period.
- A contributory pension scheme to help secure your future.
- Generous holiday entitlement of 5.6 weeks, increasing by one day for each year of service up to a maximum of 6.6 weeks.
