About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing clinical pharmacy services to our patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients in our critical care unit, including medication management and optimization.
  • Work closely with our medical and nursing teams to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and reduce medication errors.
  • Conduct audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with best practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our pharmacy team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to medication management.
Requirements
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Postgraduate diploma or masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalent.
  • Specialist clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience in cardiology and critical care.
  • Extensive hospital clinical pharmacy practice experience, including experience in critical care.
