Operations Director Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Director to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and delivering on key KPIs.

About the Role

As Operations Director, you will be responsible for setting clear objectives aligned with our company's vision and values, holding the team accountable, and driving the operations and supply chain to support our fast growth. This role will report directly into the CEO/Founder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive manufacturing and supply chain efficiencies to support business growth
  • Ensure high standards of quality and safety across all operations
  • Deliver on key KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance
  • Set clear objectives and hold the team accountable for achieving them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a senior operations role in the food and beverage sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate high-performing teams
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization
  • Innovative and forward-thinking approach to operational solutions
  • Results-oriented and driven to achieve measurable results
