Operational Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Director to join our team at Genie Goals Ltd. As an Operational Director, you will play a key role in supporting our growth and ensuring that our team operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
* Facilitate team training and ensure that all team members have a clear understanding of our processes and procedures
* Collaborate with the training team to deliver training programs that meet the needs of the team
* Ensure that all team members have access to the necessary resources and support to perform their roles effectively
