Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement the Group PR Strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
- Manage media relations, securing coverage in print, broadcast, and online outlets.
- Coordinate press activities, draft and issue press releases, and manage media inquiries.
- Build and leverage relationships with media and thought leaders to increase coverage.
- Create content for press releases, articles, speeches, and presentations.
- Monitor and report on PR results, ensuring strategy alignment.
- Develop PR campaigns to showcase Bidwells' leadership and insights.
- Manage external PR agencies.
- Oversee the internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across the organisation.
- Support senior leaders with speechwriting and presentations.
- Lead communication efforts for the bi-annual Partners' conference.
- Lead content campaigns aligned with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with teams to execute innovative communication strategies, including digital channels.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines.
- Guide the creation of thought leadership content and case studies.
- Oversee content for ABM campaigns and the company website.
- Provide expert copywriting and editing across various channels.
- Work with the digital team to optimise engagement across platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns with impactful content.
- Can demonstrate significant PR and Communications experience in a Senior or Managerial role.
- Experienced in strategizing and executing PR and Communications delivery.
- Real Estate experience (desirable).
- Strong communicator with creative flair.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Ability to think on your feet and look for opportunities to improve processes.
- Line management experience.
