Exciting Sales Negotiator Opportunity at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and Qualify Potential Buyers: Identify and engage with potential buyers, qualifying their needs and preferences to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Book Valuations and Conduct Viewings: Arrange valuations for properties and conduct viewings to showcase the features and benefits of each property.
  • Canvassing and New Business Development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with vendors and buyers to drive sales.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate the sale of properties between vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.
  • Customer Service and Relationship Building: Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and vendors, building strong relationships and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year's experience as a Sales Negotiator in the estate agency industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: High level of customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and buyers.
  • Driving License and Car Ownership: Must hold a full UK driving license and own a car.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £18,000 - £23,000 DOE, with OTE of £30,000 - £35,000.
  • Car Allowance: £2,500 per annum.
  • Commission: 5% commission on individual sales and 2.5% commission on all valuations booked.
  • Yearly Bonus: £500 - £2,500 per annum.
  • Flexible Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:45am - 6pm, Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, and every other Saturday 9am - 5pm with a day off in lieu.
  • Free Parking: Free parking locally.
  • Holidays: 21 days holiday plus rota'd bank holidays, with a day off in lieu for each bank holiday worked.
