Exciting Opportunity for an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Magnus James is seeking an ambitious and experienced Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their Tring office. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales and lettings growth, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange property viewings and negotiate sales and lets
  • Listen to potential buyers' and tenants' requirements and find the best suited property
  • Carry out administration duties from start to move in
  • Liaise with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Register applicants and ensure all required documentation is obtained
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience across either sales, lettings, or both
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
  • Recent experience working within the property sector would be advantageous

  • Competitive basic salary of £20k - £25k + Commission - £30k + OTE
