Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

Magnus James is a specialist recruiter for the property industry, and we are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our client's reputable independent Estate Agency in Tring.

About the Role:

  • As an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for arranging property viewings, negotiating sales and lets, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and find the best-suited property.
  • Administration duties will include registering applicants, obtaining required documentation, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets in sales or lettings.
  • Experience in either sales, lettings, or both, with a strong understanding of the property sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a car are essential.
