Job Opportunity: Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator

About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and lets, arranging property viewings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating Sales and Lets: You will be responsible for negotiating sales and lets, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible outcome.
  • Arranging Property Viewings: You will arrange property viewings, ensuring that our clients are able to view properties at their convenience.
  • Customer Service: You will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Administration: You will be responsible for carrying out administration duties, including registering applicants and ensuring that all required documentation is obtained.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have a proven track record in sales and lettings, with a strong understanding of the property industry.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Driving License: You will have a full UK driving license and access to a car.
  • Property Knowledge: You will have a strong understanding of the property market, with knowledge of local and national trends.
