Exciting Opportunity for an Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry, is seeking an experienced Estate Agent Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Tring. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to grow with a reputable independent Estate Agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange property viewings and negotiate sales and lets
  • Listen to potential buyers and tenants' requirements and find the best-suited property
  • Carry out administration duties from start to move-in
  • Liaise with customers to answer any queries they have
  • Register applicants and ensure all required documentation is obtained
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
  • Experience across either sales, lettings, or both
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK driving license with access to a car is essential
  • Recent experience working within the property sector would be advantageous
