Job Overview

Cesare & Co is seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to facilitate property sales transactions and provide exceptional customer service. This role offers a competitive salary package with an open-ended commission structure, providing a realistic OTE of £35,000 - £45,000.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  2. Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  3. Negotiate sales transactions to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  4. Liaise with buyers and sellers to coordinate property transactions, ensuring timely and smooth completions.
  5. Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions, providing valuable insights for future sales strategies.
  6. Conduct property valuations to determine optimal pricing and market positioning.
  7. Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  8. Organize property marketing materials and online listings to maximize visibility and appeal.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
