**Sales Progressor**

Our client is an established independent agency with offices in Beds & Herts. They are looking for an experienced sales progressor to join their team.

As a sales progressor you would be responsible for the following:

- Taking over the responsibility of the sales progression from the sales partners from the point of sale agreed to the point of completion.
- Speaking to Vendors, purchasers, solicitors, and surveyors as necessary to keep our clients updated on a weekly basis or as required. Update the CRM system following every update.
- Preparing minutes of the weekly Sales meeting and sending to the Sales Director if required
- Keep the office tidy, maintain the desk at the front so that the literature is up to date and relevant. Ensure that the door handles and desks are sanitized continually
- Ensure stationery and literature (Vendor Packs) are prepared and stocked with relevant content when required. Advising Sales Director when certain items are running low
- Deal with enquiries from applicants, vendors and purchasers. Forwarding any leads to the partners in order for the partners to fully qualify their applicants
- Liaising with the Sales Partners to ensure compliance management including AML verification and all protocol documents are filed accordingly on the share drive, advising he sales Director of any missing documents at the point a sale is agreed
- Update the Share Drive files accordingly when properties are SSTC, or withdrawn
- Prepare for exchanges and completions ensuring the invoices are prepared and sent prior to exchange and keys and move in packs are ready for completions

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Progressor or relevant role
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritising, time management, and organisational skills

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
