Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Floor Supervisor to join our team at Lush Group. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that the store is always looking its best, with well-merchandised displays and a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Build relationships with customers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive store culture.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
