Located in the heart of Marylebone, Home Grown is a stylish private members club that brings together a convivial community of high growth entrepreneurs, investors, and world-class business leaders. We are currently recruiting a dynamic Floor Manager to join our F&B team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and guest-focused individual who can create a memorable experience for our members and their guests. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of the business and entrepreneurial world, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superb organisational and guest service skills to ensure a seamless experience for our members and their guests.
  • Create a memorable experience for our members and their guests through outstanding attention to detail and the ability to anticipate their needs.
  • Support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to guests.
  • Work within a dedicated and passionate team to deliver exceptional service and exceed member expectations.
