We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our exceptional team at El Pastor Restaurant in Battersea, London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional quality food and drink, managing the daily operation of the floor, and exceeding guest expectations.

About the Role

  • 1 year experience in a managerial or supervisor role in a high-volume restaurant
  • Help to train and develop new team members
  • Cashing up and end of day reporting
  • Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it
  • Managing and exceeding guest expectations
  • Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
  • Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
  • Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
  • Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
  • Strong command of English language
  • Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
  • A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
