Position Overview

The primary objective of this role is to deliver comprehensive technical support at various client locations. You will engage with a diverse range of technologies within the Audio Visual and Video Conferencing sectors, showcasing your ability to operate independently or collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide both scheduled and adaptable operational support across multiple sites.
  • Set up and manage integrated event spaces, including high-profile presentations and meetings.
  • Facilitate videoconferencing and audio conferencing setups and provide ongoing support.
  • Oversee all aspects of video calls, ensuring thorough system testing prior to significant events.
  • Prepare and maintain equipment for upcoming events and meetings as necessary.
  • Deliver daily operational support for AV and VC facilities, including sound reinforcement, projection, lighting, and web streaming.
  • Manage all meeting rooms and AV equipment, offering assistance in other areas as needed.
  • Provide audio-visual support to various departments when required.
  • Engage with senior executives to address any issues professionally, both in-person and remotely.
  • Coordinate with the proAV help desk and operations team to arrange additional support when necessary.
  • Perform administrative tasks essential for the role, utilizing Microsoft Office applications, ticketing systems, and room booking software.
