Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Support Specialist to provide administrative support to our executive team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a strong desire to contribute to the smooth operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including scheduling, communications, and other secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate logistics of executive team programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Interact with internal and external clients in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • A strong academic background, preferably in business administration or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
