Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive support to senior executives, including scheduling, communications, and other secretarial duties.
- Coordinate logistics of executive team programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive team.
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
- Interact with internal and external clients in a professional and timely manner.
- A strong academic background, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A competitive annual salary in the range of GBP 27,000 - 33,000.
