Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Trade Floor Support Engineer to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality support service to our trading floor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Market Data applications such as Bloomberg and Reuters
  • Lead by example and deliver a highly organized support service
  • Communicate effectively with business users, senior staff, and IT managers
  • Support Windows 10 desktops, hardware, and VDI environments
  • Experience in supporting Office 365 is essential

Requirements

  • Previous Trade Floor Support experience
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced trading floor environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
