Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and deliver a highly organized support service
  • Support Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters in a Trading Floor environment
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of business users, senior members of staff, and IT Managers
  • Provide expert-level technical support for Windows 10 desktops, laptops, and VDI environments
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of Office 365

Requirements:

  • Previous Trade Floor Support experience
  • Windows 10 desktop support knowledge
  • Knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware and VDI environment
  • Experience supporting Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters in a Trading Floor environment
  • Experience in supporting Office 365
